I think I found a hair style I'd like to try. Can you do that?
Of course we can! As long as you have a picture, or can provide us with information on the style before we get there, we'll have you looking great in your new style in no time.
I am not in the Fairfield County area. Will you still come out to me?
We will usually go anywhere you are. However, there may be additional charges for the excess travel. We'll let you know about that when you call for your appointment.
Are there any other charges, such as travel?
Our prices include travel anywhere in the Fairfield County area. We'll let you know about any additional product or travel charges when you make the appointment. (See above, "I am not in the Fairfield County area. Will you still come out to me?")
I have a very special event. Will you come out right before my event?
Of course! (Our schedule permitting.) Just make sure you call us for an appointment as far in advance of your special date so we can reserve it for you.
I have an event and I'd like you to do multiple hair styles on all our participants. Can you do that?
Yes, we can do that. For multiple people, we may have to bring in more than one stylist. (Don't worry - they are all excellent!) We can go over all the details when you call for an appointment.
I like a particular professional product (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) that I can only get in a salon. Can you get these for me?
We certainly can. (And possibly less expensive than a salon, too!) As licensed stylists, we have access to all the professional products that are not available directly to the public.
